My husband has gone back to Ireland.

But my holiday in Japan continues.

夫はアイルランドにかえってしまった。

しかし、私の里帰りはまだ続く。

ついつい買ってしまった。

アイルランドに帰国後

突然もう１週間有給を取ることに決めたらしい

Snapshots from Macau

We went to Macau for 3 nights

as I found a reasonable package tour!

安めのパックツアーを発見したので、

思い立ってマカオに３泊４日で行ってきた！

We didn't do gambling, but we made the most of the visit.

ギャンブルはしなかったが、

世界遺産等を回って楽しかった。

I wasn't all that impressed with the Chinese food we had....

中華料理はあんまり美味しくなかったかも...。

The highlight of this holiday for me.

今回の旅行のハイライト！

I enjoyed the trip,

but this might be my last time to go there....

楽しかったけど、

マカオはこれが最初で最後かも...。

1. Viewing Cherry Blossoms in Osaka Mint Bureau

1. 造幣局の桜の通り抜け

We saw 2 buildings designed about 150 years ago 

by an Irish architect called Thomas Waters.

One is "Senpukan".

アイルランド人の技師・建築士が

約150年前に設計した建物を見た。

１つは「泉布館」

The other is "Kyusakuranomiya Kokaido".

もう一つは「旧桜ノ宮公会堂」。

My husband had a go at "Broadcaster Experience"😁.

Jet Lagged....

Back in Osaka again for our annual trip to Japan.

この時期毎年恒例の里帰りで大阪にいる。

As the doggies are older now, it is getting more difficult to leave them.

犬達も健康が心配なお年頃なので、アイルランドに残していくのは心配だ。

The lunch we had at Amsterdam Airport.

Fish & Chips in the Dutch style.

乗り継ぎのアムステルダム空港で食べたランチ。

オランダ風フィッシュ＆チップス。

The plate and the napkin are in the Delft style.

お皿とナプキンはデルフト陶器スタイル。

Killiney Hill Revisited

Miffy is better at posing for photos.

(But her eyes are often closed.)

ミッフィーの方が写真撮影が上手。

（目を閉じていることが多いけど。）

And Miffy with a sock and boxer shorts....

そして家ではミッフィー with 靴下とパンツ。

"What do you want from me?" says Miffy.

「何を目指せばいいのですか？」ミッフィー。

I bought this in Kilkenny Shop on the weekend.

週末に Kilkenny Shop で買ったハンドローション。

Mischievous Miffy and Daffodils in St. Enda's Park

Somehow Miffy has taken to digging one part of

our small flowerbed in the garden.

I have no idea why she does it.....

ミッフィーが何故か庭の小さな花壇の

ある一部分を毎日のように掘ることを

趣味にしてしまったようだ。

何故、そこばかり掘るのは謎。

I've done it!

やったわよ。 

It's quite cold in Ireland that

we can still enjoy daffodils.

まだまだアイルランドは寒いので

水仙が咲き誇っている。

I made another shirt, using organic linen

I bought from Lithuania online.

またまたシャツを作った。

リトアニア製のオーガニックのリネンを

ネットで注文した。

Clontarf Beach, marimekko Shirt & Doggy Bath

On the first Sunday of April, 

we drove to Clontarf and had a lovely walk.

4月最初の日曜日は Clontarf へ行き、

海岸沿いを散歩した。

The doggies went into water.

犬達は少し水遊びも。

After that, we went to one of the rare dog friendly cafes in Dublin,

Pupp for lunch.

散歩の後はダブリンにある数少ない犬OKのカフェ

Pupp へ。

The food was delicious and the staff were friendly.

食べ物は美味しかったしスタッフもいい感じ。

I finished making a shirt with marimekko fabric over the weekend.

週末にマリメッコの布地で作ったシャツを完成させた。

And today, I washed the doggies.

It was overdue!

そして今日は犬達をお洗濯！

前回が１ヶ月以上前だったので

ちょっとオサボリしてしまった感じ。

They look a lot whiter and fluffier in real

(and they look grumpy in the photos!).

実物は写真よりもっと白くてフワフワしてるのに。

嬉しくていっぱい写真撮ったのに

写真にはうまく写ってない。

（そのうえ犬達仏頂面。）
