Derry City

On the 1st full day in the North,

we visited Derry City.

2日目はデリーの街を観光。

The city is surrounded by the old walls.

街は古い塀で取り囲まれている。

However, the mural we were mostly interested in 

is--Derry Girls Mural.

しかしながら今回デリーに来た大きな理由の一つは、

この壁画である--「Derry Girls」。

It has become such a phenomenon

since it aired last year.

去年 TV で初めて放映されてから

ものすごい人気である。

With the wee Japanese spitz.

After that, we had lunch at Derry city's

only dog friendly restaurant--The Warehouse No. 1 Cafe.

昼食はデリー市内で唯一の

In the evening, we had a birthday meal at

The Sooty Olive.

誕生日ディナーは The Sooty Olive で。

The food was absolutely lovely,

but the service was a bit slow.

食事はとっても美味しかったが、

サービスがちょっと遅かった。

Had a lovely birthday.
