Our Life During the Lockdown 5

Slowly things are getting back to normal.

少しずつ日常生活も普通になってきている。

I brought the car for National Car Test,

which had been delayed due to Covid-19

コロナ禍のせいで延期になっていた

車検にも行ってきた。

After the NCT, I went to Halfords to

buy a holder for the NCT disc.

It was a huge mistake.

The whole area was a chaos,

and there was a long queue 

in front of the shop

as the number of people who can

go inside is limited....

車検に受かったあと、

合格証を車にディスプレイする

ためのホルダーを

買いにカー用品店に行ったが、

その周辺はものすごい渋滞で、

店内に入れる人数の制限があるせいで

店の前にもすごい行列ができていた...。

Apart from that I have been mostly working...

それ以外はずっと自宅にこもって仕事...。

My husband received 3 masks 

from his employer.

夫の会社からマスクが３枚送られてきた。

Harvested some lovely cherries.

This tree grew from a seed.

(My friend grew it.)

美味しいさくらんぼを収穫。

この木は友人がタネから

育てたもの。

 Strawberries are turning red.

いちごも色づいてきている。

Some courgettes are getting bigger.

ズッキーニも育っている。

The doggies are doing fine.

犬達も安定。

Shiro always stands right beside me

when I take laundry out of the washing machine☺️

私が洗濯機から洗濯物を取り出していると

いつもシローが来てそばに立っている☺️

I'm grateful I'm busy with work

and the doggies are happy.

仕事も犬も順調でありがたい。

Our Life During the Lockdown 4

Some of the rules have been lifted.

For example, I can go somewhere

20km from my house now.

徐々に規制が緩くなり始めた

例えば、今は自宅から20km離れた

場所まで出かけることができる。

And people could gather outdoors.

So I met one of my friends

who lives nearby in a park.

Of course we kept a 

social distancing.

そして屋外であれば

15人までのグループで集まれる。

私は近所に住んでいる

友人と近くの公園で久々に会った。

ソーシャルディスタンシング

を保ちながら。

I've been having reasonably busy days.

I should be grateful but

I am not....😅

仕事で忙しい日々を過ごしている。

感謝するべきなのだろうが

やはりちょっと嫌だ😅
