I found frozen octopus in Lidl!
It's almost impossible to buy octopus in Ireland,
so I had to buy it.
スーパー Lidl で冷凍のタコを発見！
アイルランドでタコを買うのは殆ど無理なので
もう買うしかなかった。
I am an Osaka girl (or a former girl),
so I have to make "takoyaki" with it.
Now is the time to use "takoyaki pan"
which I got as a wedding gift 15 years ago,
and never used it until now.
大阪人としてはタコを見たら
たこ焼きを作らなきゃいけない。
15年前に結婚祝いに頂き、
今まで１度も使う機会のなかった
たこ焼き用の鉄板を使う時がついに来た！
I looked everywhere but I couldn't find "beni shoga"
(red pickled ginger) I had brought from Japan last month 😢.
先月日本から持ってきた紅生姜が
どこを探しても見つからなかった。
紅生姜なしのたこ焼きで我慢である 😢。
....
It wasn't great but at least I tried.
....。
何か違うなあ。
次はレシピを使って、そして紅生姜も！
My husband is away in London for work for a few days,
so it's my job to look after (entertain) the doggies.
夫がロンドンに出張中なので、
犬達の世話は私一人の仕事である。
They are sad as their favourite daddy is not around,
but I have to do my best.
大好きなお父さんがいないので
犬達は寂しそうだが、
私が頑張るしかない。
