Weekend Activities

The weekend starts on Friday afternoon!

週末は金曜の午後から始まる！

On Saturday we conquered the highest spot

in Co. Waterford

On Sunday we had a lovely walk in Killiney Beach.

日曜日はKilliney Beachで楽しくお散歩。

And I finished making another rucksack.

そしてリュックサックが完成。

St. Enda's Park

Took the doggies to St. Enda's Park on Tuesday.

火曜日に犬達をt. Enda's Parkに連れて行った。

When we arrived at the park, 

the car park was full 

as there was an "open air gym" going on

with about 30 women exercising!

公園に着いたら駐車場はいっぱいであった。

理由は「屋外ジム」と称して

三十人くらいの女性がエクササイズを

していたからである。

I could not do that kind of exercise....

私にはとても無理だな、あんな運動...。

Brief Spring-Like Period

We are still experiencing very cold May.

But occasionally we have a sunny and a bit warm period.

相変わらず寒い日々が続く5月。

ただ、たまに太陽が出るとその一瞬だけ暖かくなる。

Our flowerbed is full of early spring flowers...😅

花壇には春の初めに咲く花が咲き誇っている...😅

My First Weekend in Dublin in May

Back to Ireland.

Colder but not as cold as I had dreaded.

アイルランドに帰っている。

寒い寒いと脅されていた。

確かに5月にしては寒いが、

恐れていたほどではなく安心した。

On Saturday we climbed to the highest point in Dublin.

It was an easy walk so we took the doggies with us.

土曜日はダブリンで一番標高の高い山に登った。

なだらかな坂なので犬達を連れて行った。

Saw some deer on our way down.

下山中に鹿を見た。

On Sunday, my husband went out for a walk

with his college friend and the friend's daughter.

Then they met 2 Japanese spitz doggies.

日曜は、夫と犬達は夫の大学時代の友人と

そのお嬢さんが森に散歩に出かけ、

そこで２匹の可愛いスピッツに遭遇したそうだ。

The bigger one is Bella,

the smaller one is Velma.

大きい方がベラちゃん、

小さい方がベルマちゃん。

I wish I had been there, too!

私も一緒に行けばよかった！

Bello the Japanese Spitz in Ireland

My husband sent me some photos of

a very cute Japanese spitz boy called "Bello"

he and our dogs met.

夫から散歩中に出会ったベロくんという

とってもかわいい日本スピッツの男の子

の写真が送られて来た。

Still in Japan, but Happy Days Are Long Gone....

My husband's gone back to Ireland today.

I have another week in Osaka,

but I'm forced to work yet again....

夫は今日アイルランドに帰った。

私はまだ大阪に後１週間滞在するが、

結局また仕事が入りまたまた仕事漬け。

I had warned and asked the client

not to give me any work while I'm on holiday.

But they ignored it.

And if they begged me to work,

I agreed as I'm a freelancer and afraid of losing work....

帰省する前に、休暇中には仕事しないから！

とクライアントにはっきりと宣言していたのに、

思いっきり無視され仕事を入れられてしまった。

クライアントに何度もお願いされると、

そこはフリーランスの弱みで仕事を承諾してしまう😭

At last the weather has started to pick up.

I was quite unhappy with the cold weather....

やっとお天気もGWらしくなってきた。

ずっと寒くて悲しかった。

And the new era "Reiwa" started.

そして新しい年号「令和」も始まった。
