Minoo

We rented a car and went to Minoo.

I didn't know that we can't see the monkeys any more.

レンタカーを借りて6人で箕面観光に出かけた。

（我が家の自家用車は5人乗り。）

名物の猿は観光客の来る所にはもう来ないそうだ。

ちょっとがっかり。

The Waterfall.

箕面大滝。

We had lunch and "Onsen" at Minoo Kanko Hotel.

The staff there were so friendly & helpful.

The food was delicious.

Our guests were gobsmacked

when they were told they were eating sea bream "milt".

But they really enjoyed "Onsen".

箕面観光ホテルの日帰りプランを利用して

昼食と温泉を楽しんだ。

友人一家は、鯛の白子にかなりビックリしていた。

（じつは私も。）

でも、温泉をとても気に入ったようだ。

特に子供達は「絶対また行きたい！」と

大喜び。

 

おまけ。

大学時代に千里中央から阪急バスによく乗ったので、

懐かしくて写真を撮ってしまった。

We went to "mister donut" in Minoo,

and discovered that that shop is the first "mister donut" in Japan.

帰りに箕面のミスタードーナッツに寄って、

そこの支店が日本のミスタードーナッツの

第１号だと知りビックリ。

The doggies were very unhappy (again) 

about us leaving them behind for a long time...

ごめんね、またまた長い間お留守番させて。

怒りたくもなるね。
