Went out to a park to take photographs of daffodils.

It's coming near the end of the daffodil season.

水仙の花の見頃がもうすぐ終るので、

写真を撮るために犬達と公園に出かけた。

But it was so windy that I couldn't take good flower photos.

でも強風のためいい花の写真が撮れなかった（残念！）。

Instead, I took doggie photograph.

代わりに犬達の写真を撮った。

And at home with Miffy.

Sunny But Windy on Ticknock

I hadn't been out for hillwalking for quite a while,

so I suggested we should go to Ticknock.

トルコの仕事の準備のために 

しばらく山に行ってなかったので、

土曜日の午前中にTicknockに行って来た。

 The weather was mixed--

rainy, sunny and windy--typical Irish weather.

晴れたり雨が降ったりそして強風と

典型的なアイルランドのお天気であった。

Irish Delight & Turkish Delight

Nothing is more beautiful than a sunny day in Ireland.

アイルランドは晴れると本当に美しい。

(Pity there are very few sunny days...)

The Turkish delight I brought back from Turkey.

トルコで買ったスイーツ「ターキッシュ・ディライト（ロカム）」。

I'm not normally a big fan of Asian sweets,

but these (particularly the ones above) are good.

アジアのスイーツ（和菓子も）は苦手だが、

これら（特に上の写真のもの）は美味しいかった。

Birthday

March 18 is my XXXth birthday.

3月18日は私の○○回目の誕生日。

Unfortunately, I'm still having a bit of

stomach problem from Turkey.

しかし残念ながら、

トルコでの食あたりからまだ完治していない。

But my husband got me a cake.

でも夫がケーキを買って来てくれた。

It was great I did not worry about work any more.

I was able to enjoy the walk with the doggies.

仕事の心配はもうしなくていいので、

犬達との散歩も心から楽しめた。

 Sorry, Miffy, it's not very dignified!

Finished the work without a major issue!

Went out for a walk near the hotel

As the work finished earlier.

仕事が早く終わったので

ホテル周辺を散策。

We were invited for a dinner by the client 

to a restaurant called "Arma".

夕食にはクライアントに招待して頂き、

Armaというレストランに行った。

Very good seafood restaurant!

とても美味しかった。

久しぶりにタコを食べた。
