The Art of Taking Good Photographs

Every time I want to take doggie photos,

I use treats to make them pose for the camera (or phone).

Now every time I want to take any photos,

the doggies come in front of the camera (or phone)

in order to win some treats😅

犬達の写真を撮りたい時は、

オヤツで釣ってポーズを取らせるようにしている。

そしたら、花とか別の写真を撮ろうと

カメラ（あるいはスマホ）を構えていると

犬達がオヤツ欲しさにその前に出てきて

ポーズを取るようになってしまった😅

of "Asian bleeding-heart" in the garden....

On Saturday morning, we went to Cabinteely Park.

My husband took part in Parkrun,

and I & the doggies went to see him run,

and Sonia O'Sullivan run.

土曜の朝は、夫がパークランに参加するのを

Cabinteely 公園まで見に行った。

この日はオリンピック銅メダリストの

ソニア・オサリヴァンに参加していたので、

ものすごい人だかりであった。

Still Waiting for Spring....

I am still waiting for warm weather....

来週から４月だというのに全然暖かくならない。

But nature knows it's spring.

We have our first (proper) asparagus in our garden.

しかし自然は春を知っている。

我が家の菜園に今年初のアスパラガスが！

Of course the doggies prefer cold weather....

そして犬達は寒い気候の方が嬉しいようだし...。

Tried baking an apricot bread 

using the breadmaker,

and failed....

The recipe needs some amendments....

ブレッドメーカーに付いていた

レシピでアプリコットブレッドを焼いてみたが

ちょっと失敗。

レシピに改善の余地あり...。

I like the colour of the sky

when the night is falling.

My iPhone doesn't capture it well, though.

日が沈み夜になっていく時の

空の蒼い色が大好きだ。

私のスマホカメラでは上手く撮影できないが。

It has suddenly got quite warm & sunny.

I had been waiting for this for a long time!

急に暖かくなって夏みたいになった。

こんな天気を長い間待っていた。

I was able to go out with the doggies

without using gloves and a scarf for the first time this year.

今年に入って初めて手袋とマフラーなしで

犬散歩に出かけることができた。

Our Attic, Garden and Kitchen

While I do crafty staff in the attic,

Miffy sits on one of the steps

so that she can be near me

and see if my husband is coming home.

私がロフトでソーングやらなんやらしていると、

ミッフィーはロフトに繋がる階段に座って待つ。

私のそばにいたいし夫が帰るのもチェックしたいし

ということでたどり着いた方法のようである。

All her attention is on my husband, though.

しかし目は完全に夫を待っている。

Shiro was digging the flowerbed.

シローは花壇をホリホリしていた。

This bread is even better than the one before.

今回の食パンが今までで最高の出来。

The doggies look happy in the sunshine (Monday).

青空の下で犬達も楽しそう（月曜日）。

雨の中でも家の庭で楽しそうな犬達（火曜日）。

Still trying for the best recipe for

my new breadmaker,

but this bread looks the best.

まだ試行錯誤中だが、

今回のトースト用のパンは

一番上手くいったかも。
