Yesterday evening my husband hurt his back,
and he cannot really do a lot of activities now.
昨日の夕方夫がぎっくり腰をやってしまい、
あまり動けなくなってしまった。
This morning I walked to "vide grenier" (flea market)
which was being held in the church square
near the house we are staying.
今朝は一人で滞在している家の近くの
教会の広場で催されていた
蚤の市に出かけて見た。
There were some interesting "antique" stuff
I wouldn't have minded buying,
but I didn't buy them as can't haggle in French.
買ってもいいかなあと思うような
古い「骨董品」もあったけど、
なんせフランス語で交渉できないので
何も買わずに帰って来た。
After having lunch in the house,
my husband couldn't lie in bed any more
and he decided to go for a drive.
昼食後、夫が家で安静にしているのに
我慢できなくなり
ドライブに出かけることにした。
