La Rochelle was full of eco friendly
electric vehicles--busses, boats, bikes, cars...
We were very impressed.

非常に感動した。

the cultures we knew in Brittany.

Oysters are very big
and even butchers were selling them
when the season starts.
オイスターが自慢のようで、
シーズンが始まったら
肉屋の店頭でも売られている。
And "pain au chocolat" is called chocolatine.
Also there is a special brioche called "gâche".
また、パン・オ・ショコラは
ショコラティーヌと呼ばれており、
またご当地自慢のガッシュと呼ばれる
ブリオッシュも存在することを知った。

All in all, we really loved the food, the place,
the climate, and the people.
食べ物、風景、気候、そして人々の
すべて気に入った。
