Some Dramas During the Lockdown 2

We are taking turns to wake up a few times

in the middle of the night

to let Shiro out for a wee.

This is a side effect of the medication

he has been taking.

(We tried very hard to train him to 

wee in the garden, but he refused it,

so he has to go outside our gate 😢)

But we don't mind.

利尿剤を飲み続けるシローは

数時間ごとにおしっこに行く。

夜中であろうと昼であろうと関係ない。

毎晩夜中に数回起きて、

シローを家の外から出して

トイレをさせている。

（庭でやるように訓練しようとしたが

どうしてもシローが拒否するので断念。）

でも、全然平気である。

We will keep doing for you, Shiro.

これからも毎晩起きて外に出してあげるからね、シロー。

We took Shiro to the vet for a check-up.

検診のためシローを再び獣医さんに連れて行った。

We had to wait outside--

only pets are allowed inside the building

because of social distancing.

ソーシャルディスタンシングのため、

ペットだけが屋内に入ることができ、

飼い主は外で待たなければならなかった。

The vet tries to take Shiro inside.

Shiro is a bit unhappy....

獣医さんがシローを中に連れて行こうとする。

シローは少し嫌がっている...。

The vet was very happy to see Shiro in a better form.

Of course he's still sick,

but he has some quality of life back now.

獣医さんはシローの様子を見て喜んでいた。

もちろんシローが病気であることには変わりないが、

2週間前より毎日を楽しんでいるのが嬉しい。

During the quiet lockdown, I made 2 things.

ロックダウンの最中、仕事が少し暇になったので

手作りに励んでみた。
