Cashel Blue

I can't remember when I started to like blue cheese.

But I love blue cheese and one of my favourites is

Cashel Blue from Co. Tipperary.

いつからブルーチーズが好きになったのかは

よく覚えてないが、今は大好きだ。

特にアイルランド産の

キャッシェル・ブルーがお気に入り。

It's really lovely to eat with digestive biscuits.

一見するとヘンだけど

ダイジェスティブ・ビスケットと一緒に食べると

本当に美味しい。

The doggies came towards me

while I was putting away after eating.

食べた後にお皿を片付けていると

犬達がやってきた。

 You can have a tiny tiny amount.

ほんのちょっとだけ味見させてあげた。

It was unimaginable for me to eat "mold" when I was younger.

大昔は「カビ」を食べるなんて信じられなかった。
