Crochet Class

The new term for the crochet class started today.

I've been going to the class for about 4 years now.

(Excluding the one year I lived in Japan.)

There are familiar faces, and also new faces.

I've made several very good friends--

some of them are old enough to be my mother,

and only one of them is in my generation :-))

For this term, it looks like I'm the youngest student (again).

Mind you, I'm not that young, though!!

かぎ針編みの秋季コースが始まった。

日本にいる間は参加できなかったが、

すぐに溶け込んで一緒に楽しむことができた。

参加者の平均年齢は高くて、

恐らく私が1番若いはず。

（私もそんなに若くないが...汗。）

しかし、仲良くなったメンバーもいて、

本当に楽しいひとときが過ごせる。

a summer crochet hat I made a while ago at home.

帽子を被せてみた。

She's not impressed....
