Update

I wrote about Japanese-Irish hybrid "shio koji" in October.

And this is the update.

The result was more than excellent!!

Really tasty and I think it's even tastier than the one I used in Japan.

アイルランド製の塩と日本製の麹で

作った塩麹について10月に書いたが、

今それを使っている。

メチャメチャ美味しい。

日本で使ってたのよりも美味しい！！

You just need "shio koji" and nothing else!

The weather has been very mixed.

The doggies are naturally bored.

天気は相変わらず

嵐と晴天が何か入り乱れている。

昨日は1日中大雨。

And today was sunny & warm.

そして今日は晴れて暖かかった。
