Rib Roast

I cooked a lovely rib roast beef with bones 

(bought at Aldi) the other day.

先日とっても美味しそうな骨つきローストビーフを

入手したので早速ロースとしてみた。

As the doggies were distracting,

they were forced to wait in the sun room.

犬達が尋常でない興味を示すので（笑）、

とりあえず別の部屋で待機してもらう。

私達の食事が終ったので骨をあげた。

The beef was really really tasty,

and I've been enjoying the cold roast beef

for lunch for the past couple of days.

本当に美味しかった。

ここ数日の昼食はローストビーフのサンドイッチ

を食べているのだが、

余りにも美味しいのでランチが楽しみで仕方がない（笑）。
