Touch of Colours in My Life

Attended the crochet class in the morning.

午前中はかぎ針編みのクラスに参加。

Our teacher Audrey made this blanket 43 years ago!

Now her grandchild is using it.

先生のオードリーが43年前に

ご自身のお子さんに作ったブランケット。 

今はお孫さんが使っているそうだ。

This is a crochet hook holder Audrey made.

オードリーが作ったかぎ針入れ。 

I made another tea cozy.

私は再びティーポットカバーを作成。

 The flowers are Valentine's gift from my husband.

花瓶の花はバレンタインデーに夫から貰った。

In the afternoon, I went for a short walk

with the doggies.

午後は犬達と短めの散歩に出かけた。

I don't know the name of these bushes, 

but the branches are yellow and white

and they are very nice even without leaves.

名前はわからない茂みだが、

葉っぱがないのに茎の色が

黄色と赤で遠くから見るととてもきれいだ。

For dinner tonight, I made a lasagna.

  夕食にはラザニアを作った。
