Friends

We unexpectedly received a parcel from our friend in Lithuania.

リトアニアの友人Aさんから小包が送られて来た。

It contained homemade sun dried tomatoes,

homemade sun dried apples,

handmade chilli choclates (!!),

a handmade candle, and

2 bars of "Geisha Chocolate".

中には、手作りのサンドライトマト、

手作りのドライアップル、

手作りのチリ風味チョコレート（！！）、

手作りのキャンドル、

そして「ゲイシャ・チョコレート」が入っていた。

Somehow my friends in the Continental Europe

always give me this "Geisha Chocolate"

because I'm Japanese :-))

欧州大陸の友人達には

私が日本人だということで

この「ゲイシャ・チョコレート」を

頂く事が何故か多い。

(I don't know why it's called "Geisha"!)

（何で「芸者」と名付けられているのかも不明だし！）

 

And yesterday night, I went out to the cinema 

to see "Wild" with, Claire, my French friend.

昨晩はフランス人の友人クレアと

映画「 Wild」を見に行った。

The film was great, but I couldn't get over how crowded

the cinema was--not because of this film,

but obviously, because of "Fifty Shades of Grey"....

映画はとても良かったが、

映画館の混雑振りがすごかった！

この映画のおかげではなく

「Fifty Shades of Grey」のためであった。

Anyhow, I'm not very busy with work,

so I want to socialise with my friends more.

仕事もあまり忙しくないので

もっと友人と会う機会をもちたい。

 Are you two friends, too??

君たちも仲良し？？

Maybe not yet....

まだ仲良しじゃなさそうだね...。

それにしても庭のコンクリートが汚すぎる（滝汗）。
