Moore Abbey Wood, Co. Kildare

As 10th of May is my husband's birthday 

(same as Bono's),

we went to Kildare Village to buy him a present.

５月１０日は夫の誕生日だったので

プレゼントを買うために一緒にKildare Village

のアウトレットに行った。

We couldn't find a suitable present.

And we didn't want the dogs to wait in the car too long,

so we left the outlet in less than 1 hour.

残念ながら欲しいものが見つからなかったが、

犬たちも車で待っていたことだし、

早々と退散して別の場所に移動。

Our next destination is Moore Abbey Wood.

そして向かったのはMoore Abbey Woodという森。

At this time of the year, bluebells are magnificent.

この時期は、イングリッシュ・ブルーベルが綺麗だ。

We had a nice walk, had a picnic lunch in the forrest,

and went to Market Butcher before heading home.

Then we spotted a swallow on the lamp of the building!

森を散歩し、ピクニックの昼食を取り、

帰宅途中Market Butcherに寄った。

その同じ建物の電灯にツバメを発見！

It's still cold, but swallows think it's spring....

I hope they're right....

まだ寒いけど、ツバメは春だと思っているようだ。
