Pandan Cake

As I have finished the big job,

I tried baking a pandan cake

which I loved in Bali.

大きな仕事が一段落したので、

バリで食べて美味しかった

パンダンケーキを作ってみた。

It was tasty as just a sponge cake....

Though I strictly followed a recipe,

it was a completely different cake from 

what I enjoyed in Bali....

スポンジケーキとしては美味しかったが、

バリで食べたパンダンケーキとは

全く別物であった。

残念...。
