Budapest 3

It is no doubt a beautiful city.

But the transport from the airport to the city centre

is not very convenient.

ブダペストは美しい街だった。

でも、空港から市街地までの交通の便はかなり悪い。

So we bought this Budapest Card at the airport.
そこでこのブタペストカードを空港で購入した。

It cost about 15 euro and most public transport is free
for the 24 hours.
It also gives a discount to lot of places,
including a free entry to one of the baths.

日本円で約1800円で、
24時間ほとんどの交通機関が乗り放題、
店やレストランなどの割引が受けられ、
かなりお得。

And we also got this free mug and mulled wine
at the Christmas Market because of the card.
(I only got the mug as I don't drink alcohol.)

また、カードのおかげでこのマグとグリューワイン
をクリスマスカーケットで無料でもらえた。
（私はお酒は呑まないのでマグだけもらった。）

I was also surprised to see "Jamie's Italian" restaurant
in the castle district in Buda.
Is this his excuse to go to Budapest often?

ブダ側にジェイミー・オリバーの
イタリアンレストランがありビックリ。
これはジェイミーがブタペストに行くための言い訳ですか？？

This time we didn't go to the famous public bath.

We would like to go back to Budapest one day,

so maybe at that time

(and the dentist, too...).

今回はブダペストの有名な公衆浴場には行かなかったが、

次回は是非行って見たい。

ハンガリーにはアイルランドから

なんと歯の治療を受けるために大勢の人が押しかける。

（アイルランドの歯医者は本当に高いので

飛行機＆ホテル代を出してハンガリーに行っても

元が取れるらしい−−汗。）

次回は歯の治療も兼ねて行ってみようか！？
