I didn't do proper cooking last week as I was very busy.
So I decided to a bit more proper cooking today.
先週は仕事が忙しかったのでちゃんとした料理をしなかったが、
今週は時間があるので今日はちょっと頑張って見た。
Lasagne (I used Delia Smith's recipe) and home made bread for tonight,
and there's curry for tomorrow in the pressure cooker.
今日の晩御飯用のラザニア（ディーリア・スミスのレシピ使用）と
手作りパン、そして圧力鍋には明日の夕飯のカレーも。
Today I received 2 parcels from friends in Japan.
I can't feel more grateful....
今日日本から小包が２個届いた。
毎年年末に色々と送ってくださる方々からだ。
本当にありがたい。

Last night I made a miniature version of something I want to make,
as an experiment and practice.
昨晩、私が製作したいと思っているもののミニ版を
試作・練習として作って見た。
