Making Efforts to Have Beautiful Things

I went to our local Marks & Spencer yesterday

and found a lovely linen blouse.

However, they didn't have my size in the shop,

so I just bought grapes and nectarines.

昨日、最寄りのマークス＆スペンサーで

気に入ったリネンのブラウスを見つけたのだが、

私のサイズがなかったので

結局グレープとネクタリンだけ買って帰った。

I had some of the grapes that night,

and they were so tasty that

I decided I would have to buy them

again while they are still available.

その夜、グレープを食べたが

あまりにも美味しかったので

これは売っている間に

もっと買わねばと決心してしまった。

So I went to Marks & Spencer a bit far away

as I wanted to see if that branch

might have the blouse I wanted.

And they did!

そこで、グレープを買うために

少し遠くのマークス＆スペンサーに行くことにした。

昨日買えなかったブラウスが買えるかもしれない

と考えたからだ。

そして、ブラウスは買えた！

It was reasonable at €37!

€37と値段もリーズナブル！

ただ、本当はもう１サイズ小さめ

でもよかったかもしれない。

I tried to take photos of the doggies

with hyacinths in the garden,

but they look funny because of the sunlight....

庭のヒヤシンスと

犬達のコラボの写真を撮ろうと試みたが、

日光の加減で変な写真になってしまった...。

Last night I cooked a home made pizza.

I made the dough, the tomato sauce.

昨晩は頑張って

生地とトマトソースから手作りして

ピザを焼いた。

Baked the bread with the bread maker.

手前のパンもブレッドメーカーで手作りした。

It worked out beautifully!!

美味しかった！！
