Late Summer Holiday in France 4

1. Martigné-Ferchand

ここで日本に郵便物を送りたかったのだが、

郵便局は午前中しか開いていなくて断念。

 Shiro found a beef bone near the lake.

(My husband took it away from his mouth later!)

Shiro was nervous with the donkeys.

ロバに吠えるシロー。

 2 donkeys and 2 ponies.

2. Janzé

Went to this place to find nice gallette for lunch,

but all the restaurants were closed 

because we arrived too late (after 2 pm).

美味しいガレットの店があると聞き、

昼食を求めてやって来たけど、

時間が遅すぎて（2時）全部閉まっていた。

結局スーパーで食材を買って宿で食べた。

4. La Guerche-de-Bretagne
At the shop I bought macaroons.

マカロンを買った店で。

I also bought these yarn balls in this town.

The shopkeeper didn't speak English,

but somehow I managed to communicated with him

in French.

(I did study French and passed the French language exam in Japan

though it was the lowest level ;-))

この街で写真の毛糸を購入。

店の人は英語が話せなかったので、

何とか片言のフランス語でやりとりした。

（一応日本に住んでた2年前に

独学でフランス語検定5級――一番簡単な級（笑）

を取得したが...。）
