Late Summer Holiday in France 7

We left Brittany and headed to Normandy.

We're going to stay the next half of our holiday

near Cherbourg, the ferry port to Ireland.

ブルターニュを後にし、

休暇の後半はフェリーの港のある

ノルマンディのシェルブールの近くに滞在する。

On our way to the next gîte,

we stopped at Le Mont Saint-Michel.

As they have changed the area and 

people need to get a shuttle bus to go inside,

we didn't go very near

(Dogs are not allowed on the shuttle bus).

I, my husband & Shiro have already been there before.

次の宿に行く途中、

世界遺産でもあるモン・サン＝ミシェルに寄った。

 中に入るためには駐車場から約2.5kmの道のりを

シャトルバスで行く必要があり、

犬達はバスには乗れないので

近くまで歩いたが中には入らなかった。

私達とシローは1度行ったことがある。 

Sorry, Miffy, you haven't been inside, 

but you can wear it like a hat!

中に入らなくてゴメンね、ミッフィー。

その代わりに帽子みたいに被れるよ。
