2016 Summer Holiday 1

Left Dublin on the morning of 17 July for Holyhead by boat.

７月１７日の早朝、ダブリン港からウェールズの

ホリーヘッド行きのフェリーに乗った。

From Holyhead, we drove to a lovely town called Conwy.

It has a beautiful castle.

ホリーヘッドからウェールズ北部のコンウィまで運転。

そこで、ユネスコ世界遺産の１つでもあるお城を見た。

 Had a lunch in a lovely dog friendly cafe.

昼食はドッグフレンドリーなカフェで。

Beautifully painted bench in the cafe.

カフェにあったベンチ。

Then hit the road to Hull, a port in Northeast England.

そしてイングランド北東のハル港まで一直線！

It's a home of The Beautiful South.

大好きだったイギリスのバンド

ビューティフルサウスの出身地。

Boarded a ferry and arrived at Rotterdam the next morning.

フェリーに乗り、翌朝オランダのロッテルダムに到着。

Drove across the Netherlands and Germany

to Lübeck.

オランダとドイツを半日かけて運転し、

リューベックに到着。

The Holsten Gate.

ホルステン門。

ユネスコの世界遺産の1つである。

Had a Burger King meal for dinner.

バーガーキングで夕食。

And did a bit of sightseeing.

そして少し観光。

Then got a overnight boat to Malmö in Sweden!

We lived here 15 years ago.

そこからフェリーに乗って翌朝スウェーデンのマルメに到着！

１５年前に少しだけ住んでいたことがある。

The garden of the house we're going to stay 

for the next 2 weeks.

これから２週間滞在する家の庭。

Shiro has successfully added 2 more new entries

to the list of the countries he has visited.

UK, France, Spain, Germany, Italy, Switzerland,

Austria, Lichtenstein, Japan, the Netherlands and Sweden!

これでシローが訪問した国の総数が２つ増え、

全部で１１カ国になった。

イギリス、フランス、スペイン、ドイツ、イタリア、スイス、

オーストリア、リヒテンシュタイン、日本、オランダ、そしてスウェーデン。

Miffy's list consists of 7 countries after

successfully adding 3 new countries this time.

ミッフィーのリストは、

今回新たに３カ国増え、７カ国になった。

Hoping to discover new things and rediscover old things.

新しい体験と懐かしい体験を両方楽しみたい。
