Today we drove towards east from Malmö.
今日はマルメから南東に向かってドライブした。
First stop is Smygehuk, the southern most point of Sweden.
最初に訪れたのは、スウェーデン最南端の町Smygehuk。
We're the the southern most dogs in Sweden now!
スウェーデン最南端の犬！
Then to Smygehamn.
そしてSmygehamn。
Skåne County is where The Wonderful Adventures of Nils
is based on.
「ニルスの不思議な旅」はこのスコーネ地方が舞台になっている。
The only reason we went to Smygehamn is to buy Spettekaka,
a type of spit cake famous in this area.
ここに来た理由はただ一つ。
「スペッテカカ」というバームクーヘンを買うためだ。
It wasn't very nice....
I prefer Lithuanian Šakotis.
イマイチだった...。
リトアニアのシャコティスの方が美味しい。
Then drove further east to Ystad.
The home of Wallander!
(With which my husband is obsessed.)
それから更に東に向かい、イースタッドへ。
ここはTVシリーズ「刑事ヴァランダー」の
舞台となっていることで世界的に有名になった。
（夫はこのシリーズも大好きである。）
First we had an overcharged and not very nice lunch.
(The pastry was nice.)
まず、食パンを使っているという許しがたい
（そして高い）スモーガスボード。
（ペイストリーは美味しかったが。）
Then walked around in the town.
その後、街を散策。
Lastly, we drove to Ales stenar,
a megalithic monument in the shape of a boat.
最後に、舟の形を形成する巨石記念物、
アレス・ステナーを見に行った。
A lot of people!
観光客で大賑わい。
We visited there in January 2002.
Below is the photo I took then.
There was nobody else at that time.
2002年の1月にもここを訪れた。
その時に撮った写真。
私たちの他に誰もいなかった。
Yesterday I wrote that nobody reacts to our dogs.
But today in Ystad, a lady talked to us and said
she has a Japanese spitz!
She was absolutely delighted to see our doggies.
昨日のエントリーで、
スウェーデンでは誰も日本スピッツを見ても反応しないと書いたが、
今日イースタッドで、日本スピッツを飼っているという女性が話しかけてきた。
私たちの犬を見てとても喜んでいた。
