Basically I try to write something positive/nice
on this blog,
but I have to write some negative/not so nice things
to keep record.
このブログでは基本的に
楽しいことを書くように心がけているが
記録としてこの冬に起こった
楽しくなかったことを記すことにする。
During January and most February,
I was so busy with work.
I worked almost every day including weekends,
until this weekend.
I had 3 days with no work in January,
but I developed a terrible sour back
on the first day
and could not move.
It was so painful that when I tried to stand up,
I passed out, fell on the face,
and got my left cheekbones
(probably) cracked.
They are still sour....
1月と2月は週末を含めて
先週までずっと
毎日、犬散歩や家事、
お風呂・食事以外の時間は
ほぼずっと仕事であった。
1月に3日だけ仕事のない日があったが、
その初日にストレス性の
坐骨神経痛を発症し、
動けなくなってしまった。
立ち上がろうとした時に
あまりの痛さに気を失って
顔から転倒し、
左の頬骨に（恐らく）ヒビが
入ってしまい
今も痛い😢
Then, when I was able to move,
I wanted to see my GP
who insisted that I should get PCR test,
as he doesn't want to see me
unless I'm proven negative.
(I did take a test and
I was negative.)
In the end, I saw my GP
2 weeks after the initial back pain incident.
動けるようになったので
主治医に診てもらおうと思ったが、
PCR検査で陰性でないと
診察してくれないと言う。
検査を受け、陰性を証明したが
結局主治医に会えたのは
頬骨にヒビが入った事件から
2週間経ってからだった。
I'm managing my pain
with painkillers at the moment....
今は処方してもらった
痛み止めで凌いでいる。
Met a 4-month-old Japanese spitz puppy
called "Snowy".
He was wearing a same "Puppia"
harness as Shiro's!
And "Snowy" was the name
Miffy was called
before she was left in the shelter.
4ヶ月の日本スピッツの赤ちゃん
「スノーウィ」くんに遭遇。
なんとシローとお揃いの
「パピア」ハーネスをしている！
そして、ミッフィーが
保護センターに預けられる前に名前が
「スノーウィ」であった。
なんと言う偶然！！
